<media:text>&gt;&gt; Folks, i have switched over, using one of the berkley gulps. The reason i did that, captain dave told me to. Um, it's a good idea when you're fishing with a guide and he tells you to do something, to do it. You're in his yard. You're in his office. He knows the lay of the land. He's telling me to switch up and start throwing this jerk bait here. And i asked him, i said, well, why can't i keep throwing mine, and he said, well, you can, but, you know. This is his yard. He knows it. &gt;&gt; The fish are nocturnal feeders by nature. So when we have a full moon like we had last night, we have that clear sky, that bright moon makes it easier for them to see their prey at night. And then when you add in the lunar eclipse, you know how people act a little crazy around the full moon, the same thing happens with fish. And i think they are just acting a little crazy this morning. So if you're ever at billy's house and you notice, he has full moons everywhere, that's why he's the way he is. &gt;&gt; Let's go get 'em. &gt;&gt; Whoa-ho-ho-ho. &gt;&gt; Oh! &gt;&gt; talk about hooking monsters! [ Laughter ] &gt;&gt; damn. There it is. &gt;&gt; Atta boy, billy dog. Which way is he going? &gt;&gt; Sweet! &gt;&gt; Much better fish. &gt;&gt; Way to go, captain dave rogers! &gt;&gt; That's the good thing about having a tall partner, just get underneath. &gt;&gt; That's a good fish right there. &gt;&gt; Yeah, it is. Look at that. I love hearing that rrhmm-rrhmm-rrhmmm noise. That's a nice fish. Look at that. &gt;&gt; There they go. &gt;&gt; Get you to the back of the boat. &gt;&gt; Yeah, that's a nice fish. &gt;&gt; That's a good fish there, buddy. &gt;&gt; There we go. That's what we come here for. See, dave doesn't want to spoil us all at one time here, you know. &gt;&gt; Nice, nice indian river fish. Indian fish. Indian river redfish right there, pal. Gorgeous, gorgeous. &gt;&gt; This flat has a lot of deep depressions, and it's got some grass mounds. Some nice big potholes in it. It's easy for these fish to root around and feed a little bit and potholes. See him, billy? &gt;&gt; Got it. &gt;&gt; Way out. I don't have any idea -- &gt;&gt; they are bugging, dude. &gt;&gt; Oh, fish on! &gt;&gt; Good job, billy. Did you see it attack that? Cool, dude. Try and get out of your way, billy. Good job, nobles. That was cool, bro. &gt;&gt; -- Like it. &gt;&gt; Dude, that one -- &gt;&gt; listen, that is music to me ears. &gt;&gt; That's a better fish even than the last. &gt;&gt; He's right there. They are all -- whoa! He's like, i think i'm going to take the white boy this way. The fat white boy. Oh, c'mon. &gt;&gt; Good fish. mullet fish right there. &gt;&gt; That's a money. &gt;&gt; There's your tournament fish right there, boys. &gt;&gt; Boy, he inhaled that thing. &gt;&gt; Dude, did you hear that? Dumphh. &gt;&gt; He just -- i'm going to get over here. &gt;&gt; I'm getting old and stuff. I need to get a little closer. &gt;&gt; Great strike. &gt;&gt; That was awesome. He nailed it. &gt;&gt; That little suction noise. &gt;&gt; Yeah, hat's a cool sound. &gt;&gt; Yeah, i like that. &gt;&gt; Pretty fish. &gt;&gt; Look at that copper color, huh? &gt;&gt; There we go. Yeah, this one has some shoulders on him, guys. Little bit better fish than we had before. Whoa! Easy there. Look at that. Look at that coppery color. Is that not just a gorgeous, gorgeous fish? Look at that. &gt;&gt; Looks pretty close to 26 inches. &gt;&gt; Feels pretty good, dude. Let's get this guy back in the water and get another one. </media:text>

            <title>The Raw Food Diet </title>
<description>Cyndi Edwards paid a visit to the Grass Roots Organic Restaurant which serves mostly “Raw Food.” The owner, Sabrina Aird and her husband came from New York where they ran the same business. Eating ray means eating anything cooked in temperatures less than 150 degrees. Aird spoke of everything from live spaghetti to sweet potato pie.</description>

<media:text>not want to miss his acoustic performance. Let's talk about food. One day when i was flipping around the channels, i came across this public access show about raw food enthusiasts. I was glued to the set. I could not stop watching them. I was just what? &gt;&gt;Dave: when you said you were doing a story about raw food, i said, that does not sound appetizing to me. I'm not sure i understand what it is. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: you will soon. Not what you think. Really amazing. I'm now a big fan of eating in the raw. &gt;&gt;Dave: oooh. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: feast your eyes on this plate of spaghetti, this pizza, this salad. It's all raw, and totally vegan. The raw food diet is gaining in popularity. Celebrity fans of raw foods include supermodel carol alt, demi moore, woody harrelson and alicia silver spoon. -- Silver stone. Here at the restaurant, they encourage everyone to give it a try. &gt;&gt; Adding raw foods to your diet. Not even necessarily 100% eating raw. Then you actually can feel the differences because you feel better. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: finding a need when they relocated to tampa from new york city, sabrina and her husband spencer opened grass root organic restaurant two years ago. They specialize in vegan and raw cuisine. Spencer says eating this way takes effort. &gt;&gt; We don't want you to feel like you are an outsider or we're a part of this group that's so healthy, we haven't struggled with anything or that it was a breeze and we were born this way. We've come a long way. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: when you follow a raw diet, nothing is heated or cooked above 116 degrees fahrenheit. This sandwich is made of bread made on the premises. But there's no conventional baking involved. &gt;&gt; It's not like you put it in the oven at a slow temperature. Dehydrater, you put it in there and leave it for 12, 15 hours and then you have bread. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: genice is spencer's mom and she does all the cooking. She now eats raw about 90% of the time. Since switching to raw food, her blood pressure has returned to normal. Headaches are gone and her arthritis has vanished. &gt;&gt; Once i started going raw, i noticed i wasn't taking aspin, i wasn't taking anything anymore. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: so, what can you find on the menu? Plenty. This is your spaghetti and meatballs, right? &gt;&gt; Yes. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: and it looks like the spaghetti i had before, but it doesn't feel quite like the spaghetti i had before. Wow, that's a long one. Whoo! All right. What in the world am i eating here? What am i going to be biting into? &gt;&gt; That is live spaghetti made from zucchini. With alfredo sauce, which is made from nuts. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: what's my meatball made out of? &gt;&gt; That's made from a combination of sunflower seeds and vegetables. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: she has even found a way to create desserts without cooking. Raw sweet potato pie. Mhmm. That's better than cooked sweet potato pie. That is really, really good. &gt;&gt; Well, thank you. grass root organic has been voted one of the top 20 vegan restaurants in the country. This drink is called the incredible hulk. Tasty. It's got kale, romaine, parsley, fresh apple juice, hemp something or another -- &gt;&gt; protein. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: will this improve my memory? The raw diet is something you have to experience to form an opinion on. &gt;&gt; Come out of your little box and just try it. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: i must admit it was nice not feeling overstuffed after eating all that food. I may not go totally raw, but i will be back for more. &gt;&gt;Dave: wow. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: big thank you to everyone at the grass root organic. And i am a believer now. &gt;&gt;Dave: you know, when you told me about it, i was like no way. Just by watching the story and looking, it looked delicious. And, obviously, it tasted good. Take me there. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: i will take you there. I would go raw every day if i could. &gt;&gt;Dave: deal. I want to try it. &gt;&gt;Cyndi: good! we'll go. &gt;&gt;Dave: just ahead, we have former "american idol" finalist and i guess you call him a hottie. Ace young. </media:text>

<media:text>are some things homeowners can do to keep yards green. Most kinds of grass require three-quarters to an inch of rain, once a week. If you have bahia ba-hay-ya grass, you also have the option of letting it become dormant. When the summer rains return, it will spring to life. That option is not available with st. Augustine grasses. Once it turns brown, it is usually dead. The key to lawn survival is proper watering, in moderation. People have a tendancy to over very little water. Your best bet to save your lawn, water less frequently for longer durations. That will promote a deeper root system, which will help the plant survive future droughts. Time right now ... We all remember the drought of 99, 2000, 2001. &gt;&gt; Boy, that was awful. It's been so are dry lately. I hear planting drought friendly plants in your garden will help. Like the petunia.</media:text>

<media:text>with ways to save you some green while you keep your plants green. News channel eight's peter bernard is in clearwater with drought survival tools for your water-starved yard. Those summer rains are still several weeks away, as our dry season continues. So if your crotons are croaking, and your lawn is the laughing stock, here's some ideas that will revive your yard. Rake noise you don't need to tell mike and lori lemons how a important a green lawn is. Curb appeal is everything. The lemons "flip" houses for a living. That means they buy houses, fix em up, and sell em for a profit. Green grass adds eye appeal, but lately, the drought is making that goal, a the once a week with the irrigation that will suffer. We're in a serious drought right now. Horticulture extension agent pam brown tells me her office is taking many calls from people worried the grass when it doesn't have water, now this part right here is, but the plant itself is just dormant. That's a relief. But what about st. Augustine? That's the thick matted grass you see job is in your future. This on-going drought is turning many lawns brown. The key to keeping your grass green is watering properly. Pam brown says 3-quarters of an inch, once a week is enough to keep your root system that will support it when there's very little water. So until nature takes over in mid-june, the lemons plan to water just enough, so their investments yield some green. There are many native plants available that &gt;&gt; if it's brown, it's probably dead. &gt;&gt; That can mean an extensive sod job is in your future. This ongoing job drought is turning maine many lawns brown. The keeping keyto keeping the grass green is watering properly. Tom brown says three quarters of an inch once a week is enough to keep your grass green. &gt;&gt; People have a tendency to overirrigate. And then when we have a drought, the grass itself doesn't have a root system that will support it when there's very little water. &gt;&gt; So until nature takes over in mid june, the lemons plan to water just enough so their investments yield some green. And back live now, there are many native plants available that require very little water so a trip to one of those home stores or nursery can be very educational. And to keep that water in the ground, mulch. And pam brown at the extension office says stay away from cypress mulch. That's made from keys cut down and not a byproduct. She says it's not a good thing for the environment but the mulch that's how out here will keep that moisture in the ground so very good for that. Back to you, bob. &gt;&gt; Pete, some people think during a drought the only way to fight is it to water every way. Of course with restrictions you can't do that but that's not necessarily the best thing to do anyway, right? &gt;&gt; Right. The rule of green thumb, so to speak, is that you should water less frequently, say once a week, and as we mentioned about three quarters of an inch to one inch and that helps the root system develop so now the roots know that they don't develop like -- if you put too much down it will make it so that the water, the roots will go down too far and you want them near the top. So it's a very scientific process. By the way i learned today that people who use reclaimed water are actually tend to use too much water because they know they are not paying by the gallon. &gt;&gt; Thanks, peter bernard reporting. Current water restrictions can be confusing so if you need a reminder just look at tbo.Com, keyword drought. Could solve all our drought problems is rain, and lots of it. Any chance that's going</media:text>
